Anti-bullying helplines ‘still vital’ despite controversy
Anti-bullying helplines still have a vital part to play in employee support despite recent concerns over confidentiality, according to workplace stress expert Professor Cary Cooper.
Cooper was the first patron to resign from the National Bullying Helpline last week, after its founder Christine Pratt, went public with caller allegations of staff mistreatment in the prime minister’s office.
