Co-ownership model pays off for NHS organisation in Surrey

HR in the public sector has nothing to fear from Conservative plans for a co-operative “John Lewis” model, the head of HR at such an organisation has said. Ron Smith, executive lead HR at co-owned social enterprise Central Surrey Health Ltd (CSH), told PM that being owned by its employees had benefited his organisation, HR and its patients.
