Diversity must be central to talent strategy for business success

As the UK economy begins to recover, HR needs to take a proactive role in helping organisations recruit and develop from the widest pool of talent. Organisations will stand or fall on their people practices and a talented, diverse workforce will help them rise above the competition and grow in better times.

Throughout 2010 and beyond, HR professionals have an opportunity to make a real difference to the way they guide their organisations on the talent needed to sustain business performance.
