Bank of England’s HR director tells how qualification boosted her career

Getting more women onto MBA courses could help boost the number of women on boards, the HR director at the Bank of England has said.

Gordon Brown recently said the lack of women in UK boardrooms was “completely unacceptable”, and suggested more work needed to be done.
