Greece slashes bonuses for civil servants
Bonuses for civil servants in Greece have been cut by 30 per cent as the government implemented public spending reductions. Previously, bonuses have been paid twice a year, but this will now end as part of efforts to save 4.8 billion euros (£4.4 billion) this year.
