Here are examples of some of our brightest HR leaders. The list of 15 is substantive but not, it must be stressed, exhaustive. They are also not plaster saints and don’t see themselves as such.
Nevertheless this group offers an invaluable snapshot into what effective HR leadership looks like now and where it might evolve to next. By highlighting their experience, insight, skills and perspective, and illustrating what authentic HR leaders currently do, both aspiring HR leaders and their organisations can benefit.
