McDonald's to offer work experience qualification

Young people who complete work experience placements at McDonald’s will be able to gain a GCSE-equivalent qualification that recognises their achievement, it has been announced.

To be eligible for the qualification, aimed at under-16s and accredited by awarding body EdExcel, learners must complete a 10-day placement at the fast-food giant.
