Recession has closed skills gaps, survey finds
The recession has been effective in plugging skills gaps and most employers are now satisfied with the calibre of their employees, research has suggested.The national employer skills survey for England, published by the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, questioned almost 80,000 employers in the depths of the recession late last year.
