Staff survey feedback ‘will help sharpen up NHS’

Staff satisfaction in the NHS has risen from last year but the organisation cannot be complacent about issues that remain, the Department of Health’s HR boss has warned.In the 2009 Quality Care Commission survey of 290,000 NHS employees, nearly three-quarters of staff were satisfied with the quality of work and patient care they are able to deliver.
