Temp staff in Asda supply chain win equal pay with union deal

Asda has announced equal pay for its agency workers after a groundbreaking deal with the Unite union.The UK’s second largest supermarket chain will pay 6,000 temporary staff across its 29 meat and poultry suppliers the same rate as its permanent workforce.
