Top three employment law concerns for 2010 revealed

A survey among employers, carried out by law firm Charles Russell, recently found that the top three concerns for HR professionals in 2010 so far are, in order of priority:• dealing with sickness absence;• performance management; and • proposed changes to the national retirement age.
