Using mobile phones to track employees crushes creativity

I hear Japanese phone corporation KDDI has developed technology that would allow employers to track their employee’s movements through their mobile phones. The company suggests that this would be a great support to organisations and should be seen as a “caring and mothering system, rather than a Big Brother approach”. Well, just when you think you’ve seen it all, along comes another innovative idea to control and manipulate employees.
