Call for compulsory training to tackle 'Neets'

Making benefit claimants complete compulsory training courses could help to slash the numbers of young people out of work in the UK, a select committee has concluded.The proposal, based on an existing system used in the Netherlands, could slash the numbers of young people not in employment, education or training (Neets), the committee said.
