L&D professionals make the most of reduced budgets
Learning and development professionals are meeting the challenge of working with much-reduced budgets by being more efficient and prioritising the most vital business needs, CIPD research has shown. The 2010 Learning and Development Survey revealed the extent to which training budgets and departments are still suffering in the aftermath of the recession.
