Political parties criticised for ignoring public-sector pensions

It is disappointing that none of the main three political parties have spelt out the action they would take to reform public-sector pensions, experts have said.With the conclusion of the last of the three live party leaders’ debates on national television, Steve Folkard, head of pensions and savings policy at AXA Life, expressed his concern that the topic was barely mentioned over the course of the three events.
