RBS shareholders back executive pay change
RBS shareholders have pushed through plans to reassess bonus targets for top executives at the bank, in a vote at the company’s annual general meeting yesterday.
RBS chairman, Sir Philip Hampton, told the meeting that the bank’s board would be amending the required share price threshold level following shareholder pressure and a leap in share price.
