Research, trends and predictions around the recruitment market, including the CIPD’s own findings, will be under discussion at next month’s Recruitment, Resourcing and Talent Management Conference in London.As well as launching the CIPD’s Resourcing and talent planning survey, the conference will look at new research on employee attitudes. Claire McCartney, CIPD resourcing and talent planning adviser, will be sharing the results of the latest Employee Outlook survey, which provides a picture of employees’ views of their organisation and their levels of engagement. Speakers will also be giving advice on how to tackle disengaged employees and the practical steps that HR can take to re-engage and re-energise the workforce.
