Cognitive behavioural therapy boosts staff at Grant Thornton
A wellbeing programme centred on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is being used to boost the resilience and health of senior partners at consultancy Grant Thornton. Jenny Balme, national director in the firm’s Partners Support Unit, told PM the company had started using CBT health and wellbeing strategies as one-off intervention courses.
