Clarke to launch further consultation after employers voice concerns

Government plans to delay the Bribery Act until April 2011 have been criticised by anti-corruption watchdog Transparency International.
The Act was set to become law this year, after it was pushed through Parliament in the "wash-up" session before May’s general election. Once implemented it will mean organisations can be prosecuted if they are negligent in preventing staff or representatives from paying bribes.
