Co-operative Group creates 2,000 new apprenticeships

A multi-million pound programme to offer 2,000 apprenticeships and boost job prospects for young people has been launched by the Co-operative Group.The employer will invest £21 million in its efforts “to inspire young people”, which includes £9 million, spent over two years, to create the new apprenticeships.
