HR must provide moral leadership

In his article on corporate ethics, Leon Gettler suggests that the current economic situation was as much an ethical crisis as a financial one and that what is needed internationally is for ethics to become prominent in the leadership of organisations, as well as through society in general. This article, published in July last year, is one of the few mentions of ethics I have seen since the “credit crunch” crisis – somewhat odd given the corrupt behaviour that led to it.
