Forty per cent of managers ‘return from holidays more stressed’
Over a third of UK managers work while on annual leave and nearly half return to their job more stressed than when they went on holiday, a new survey has revealed.Forty per cent of managerial staff return to work more anxious than before their break, according to research by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), with the waiting deluge of emails causing the greatest worry.
