NHS director misses the point

I was interested to read that David Forster, director of policy and strategy at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust, has apparently been disciplined for his Facebook entry about the attitude of NHS staff. According to the Yorkshire Post he wrote: "The NHS has no shame in employing too many who are lazy, unproductive, obstinate, militant, aggressive at every turn and who couldn't secure a job anywhere outside the bloated public sector where mediocrity is too often shielded by weak and unprincipled HR policies."
