Shopping centre bosses in Rochdale have been accused of taking their diversity training too far after installing a squat toilet for customers.The Exchange Mall installed the “hole in the ground”-style lavatories after managers went on a cultural awareness training course to discover how to better serve the 10 per cent of Rochdale people who come from Asian backgrounds.
