Aylott v Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council

The Court of Appeal has confirmed that the comparator test laid down by the House of Lords in the housing case of London Borough of Lewisham v Malcolm (2008 UKHL 43 HL) applies to disability-related discrimination in employment, until such time as the Equality Act 2010 rectifies the situation.
