Cadbury workers offered 3.7 per cent pay rise

Cadbury staff have been offered a pay increase of 3.7 per cent by new owners Kraft, after previous pay talks with unions had stalled.

Unite is backing the deal and has recommended that its members accept the deal in a ballot currently underway.
