CIPD People Management Awards 2010: Performance and reward category

The profile of work-based learning for university students has been boosted following an organisational development project undertaken by Julie Haddock-Millar, lecturer, HR development at Middlesex University Business School (MUBS).

Aimed at understanding the role of reflection in work-based learning and identifying the most appropriate methods for this, the project’s recommendations were given the go-ahead by the business school’s dean and, two years later, have grown to involve all departments and all academic staff.
