Commuters face Tube strike misery this autumn
Passengers on the London Underground will be hit by a series of autumn walk-outs after unions announced a co-ordinated campaign of industrial action in protest over job cuts.
Up to 10,000 Tube workers from the Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT) and the Transport Salaried Staffs’ Association (TSSA) will take part in the round of 24-hour stoppages, starting on Monday 6 September.
