HR recruits more employer brand managers, finds survey

HR departments are employing more specialist managers to run employer brand projects as organisations increasingly compete for talent, new research has revealed.

The number of employer brand managers and talent managers leading these strategies within HR departments has increased nearly threefold in the last four years, from 10 per cent to 28 per cent, according to the Employer Brand Benchmark Survey .
