Male flexible working still taboo

I doubt there are many that would argue against the importance of a father’s role and support in the precious early days, or in fact throughout their child’s life. Yet, while prime minister David Cameron is taking time off to be with his wife and family, we are still facing the fact that many men don’t take paternity leave.
