Offshoring and migrants plug UK talent gaps, says CIPD

UK employers are turning to offshoring and recruiting migrants to fill gaps in home-grown talent as the UK economy recovers, the latest CIPD/KPMG Labour Market Outlook survey has found.

According to the survey of 600 employers, organisations are finding it difficult to recruit skilled people from the UK as the economic situation improves.
