Pay employers to offer internships, says Demos

Think tank Demos has urged the government to “pay employers to offer quality internships” to at-risk young people, such as young offenders and those leaving care.

In a report published today, called Access All Areas , Demos argues that the state could save money and increase social mobility into certain professions by incentivising employers.
