Refocused Visit Scotland ‘does more with less’

Tourist board organisation Visit Scotland, which employs 1,000 staff, claims it has managed to do more with less people following an extensive restructure and the introduction of a new HR system.David Anderson, head of HR at Visit Scotland, explained that implementing the computerised HR tool OrgPlus, after staff cuts in 2009, has enabled the HR team and managers to become more efficient.
