Half of workers feel their skills are underused
Half of employees feel that the skills they have developed are being underutilised by their employer, new research has revealed.
This was despite 23 per cent of workers having up-skilled during the recession – a group described as ‘Generation R’ – according to the World Of Work Report 2010.
