Labour market boost 'is result of job churn'
Recruitment consultancy Hays has warned that, although the jobs market has improved, new jobs are not being created.
Chief executive Alistair Cox said that labour market buoyancy was down to “job churn” as employers replaced staff rather than create new roles, in an interview with BBC Radio 4’s Today programme.
