Lloyds Bank puts risk management ‘at heart’ of HR

Lloyds Banking Group is putting risk management “at the heart of how we work with our people”, the company’s new people risk director has told PM.

“This role will ensure we’ve got good, effective risk management in all our HR operations and that we are working together as a group to look at people risk,” said Sandra Quinn, who started her newly created job at Lloyds Banking Group in July.
