Tesco Bank boosts leadership with cultural change
Tesco HR faced a “daunting” integration and leadership challenge when it took full ownership of Tesco Bank and lost the entire senior leadership team, PM has learnt.
The bank had been run as a joint venture with the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) for 12 years because banking and financial services were originally a new market for the retailer.
