TUC claims work kills 20,000 people a year
More than 20,000 people are killed prematurely by their jobs every year, according to a new report from the TUC.
The report, Case for Health and Safety , said that at least 20,000 people die early as a result of conditions including occupational cancers and lung disorders, exposure to fumes and chemicals, or fatal traffic accidents.
