Will the new immigration cap expose employers to race claims?
The government has introduced an interim cap on the number of non-EEA workers entering the UK, while it consults on what the annual immigration limit should be.
The interim cap applies to Tier 1 (general) migrants, the category for highly skilled workers, and to the number of sponsorship certificates that licensed employers can issue to non-EEA workers.
