Now is no time for HR to tire of innovation

I feel compelled to comment on Richard Goff’s blog on PM’s website. The sub headline declared that “HRDs can be exhausted by constant need for innovation.” Exhausted? I don’t think so. Surely, constant change and innovation are exhilarating, not exhausting.Unfortunately, the greater challenge is for the whole of the HR function to innovate and transform. The sad fact remains that there are too many HR functions that still operate as personnel functions.
