HR needs to challenge senior managers

I trust that I am not the only PM reader to be concerned by the unchallenged comments of David Robinson, chairman of Richer Sounds (“CEOs frustrated by HR policy-based mindset”).To ask CEOs to indicate their biggest frustrations with HR is valid, but Robinson’s response demands further comment.
