Humphreys v Norilsk Nickel International (UK) Ltd
Humphreys was the company’s chief economist. Under the terms of a discretionary bonus scheme, he could be awarded an annual bonus depending on the management board's assessment of his performance. When Humphreys' fixed term contract came to an end, the employer did not pay him a bonus for 2008.
