Angie Risley is one of life’s enthusiasts. Every company she has worked for gets a glowing report; every experience has added positive value to her career and even the banking crisis has had a silver lining. It feels churlish to suggest there may have been moments of anguish during the three years she has been head of the HR function at what is now Lloyds Banking Group.
