FSA bonuses code will affect many
The revised Financial Services Authority (FSA) remuneration code, published in December and applying from 1 January 2011, will have a significant impact on both existing remuneration structures and future pay strategies within the 2,700-plus FSA-regulated organisations. HR professionals in organisations outside of those directly affected by the code also need to understand its main provisions, as it is likely to be seen as the “gold standard” for remuneration practices in the financial services sector.
