Public-sector HR is ‘revolutionary’
From the catacombs and dusty corridors of my public-sector HR bunker I creep forward, the beast known as the HR sloth. The kingmakers in the City want me to believe their propaganda and open my doors to receive the multitude of unemployed private-sector HR managers clambering to replace my team because they are “commercial”. And while my HR vacancies are to be filled with these great commercial champions, I should not assume there is anywhere in the private sector “for the likes of us”.
