Take a new approach to differentials
Banks are understandably bearing the brunt of public criticism because of the taxpayer rescue and the astonishing levels of earnings for some bank staff.However, I believe the issue is wider. Why has the earnings differential from the top to the bottom of organisations widened so much? Is it acceptable? Are bonus schemes simply a way of being paid twice to do the same job?
