The CIPD HR profession map, launched some 18 months ago, was always intended to inform what we do at the CIPD. It ­­­sets the benchmark for HR excellence today, provides a comprehensive view of how HR adds value to organisations and creates a clear and flexible framework for development and progression within the function.
