Effective pay reviews
Charles Cotton, CIPD adviser, performance and reward, will be chairing a forthcoming CIPD forum event on 1 March called “Creating an effective pay review”. Drawing on the CIPD’s recent guide, The Pay Review Process , the half-day network meeting will include an overview of the UK pay outlook for 2011, presented by Gerwyn Davies, CIPD public policy adviser.
