Agency workers count in information and consultation

The Agency Workers Regulations 2010, coming into force on 1 October 2011, require agency workers to be given parity, after 12 weeks in an assignment, with comparable employees in the end user’s workplace in relation to pay, working time, rest periods and annual leave.
