European HR leaders positive about prospects

HR leaders are continuing to enjoy a strong level of support and cooperation from their CEOs, according to a new study.Eighty-three per cent of HR leaders surveyed for this year’s European HR Barometer felt that their CEO had a “very high perception of HR activities” compared to an appreciation level of 43 per cent amongst employees.
